Also I have just re joined the website after a few years and am really impressed by the new layout and the overall quality of its clients and contacts. Keep up the good works guys.

My 14-week-old son and I are about to be whisked away to a mansion in the South West where we will live for a month with nine other single mummies and their kids! This is a social experiment documentary being produced for the BBC. Keep an eye out for us! Thanks SN

Since joining Starnow on recommendation at the end of July, I have been selected for numerous projects including films for the BBC, ITV, Columbia Pictures and Walt Disney, not including being selected for two plays, an advertisement and an Opera as a Bullfighter.
As I type this, I also have a meeting scheduled with the biggest TV Agents in the UK to discuss future work; and a leading Advertising Agency to do same. On top of all this, I have also made some fantastic new friends who simply refuse to stop partying! In summary: I owe this fantastic adventure to Starnow. An utterly amazing service. The best subscription I have ever taken out in my life. My earnings on one day of a job, covered four years of subscriptions! You won't be sorry. Go for it!

Already a successful radio presenter I am now getting job offers for TV presenting and can add a 2nd string to by bow thanks to Star Now. Star Now has also helped me find a new agent this year, and now I'm getting noticed for who I am.

The opportunities on StarNow are genuine! I am thrilled that thanks to StarNow I have won a place as a blog moderator for a website about a major cinema film due to be made in 2009. The site scores 1000 hits on average a week, sometimes more. I have also been in three operas thanks to StarNow.
It's well worth looking carefully at the listings - there's often a golden opportunity there that you might miss if you just skim through the applications or only apply to the ones that seem the most glamorous. Some of the smaller jobs are well worth applying to and give enormous satisfaction when you are picked. I've also beaten off fierce competition to win auditions in front of casting directors and even if they don't cast you that time, that is a million dollar opportunity to meet a new person of influence and for them to remember you. Without StarNow it simply wouldn't have happened.

After a career in the technical world of education and hospitals, at the age of 64, I decided I would like to be a model. I joined Starnow, and immediately got a job as a background artiste. A good start for a beginner!
A year later, and I have worked regularly, sometimes as a photographic model, sometimes as a background artiste in TV programmes. I have learned a lot along the way and I have also featured in a couple of commercials and advertising brocures. Although I have joined other agencies as well, I have got many of these jobs because agents or photographers have spotted me on Starnow.
Most of all I have thoroughly enjoyed the experience, and have proved that age is no bar to this career. I want to continue as long as I can. My ambition now is to do a catwalk and I may get my chance next year as I have been selected to enter the local heat of Face for England!

After taking VR from the steel industry in Sept 06, I decided to use my new free time to pursue my lifelong love of the theatre.
Having been performing in amateur theatre for 40 years I decided, initially, to look for work as an 'extra'. This I did via 'Starnow' and having found an agent, I did some work on 'Emmerdale'. However, having found 'Starnow' I realized that there was other paid work for a part time 'jobbing' actor.
Over the last two years 'Starnow' has helped me find paid work in theatre, feature film, music video, an internet 'soap' and, currently, in a touring panto...(Oh yes it has!!,as well as doing many short student films for the next generation of film makers. So my life really has changed in the last two years...much for the better!
Long may it last !! Cheers, Tim R
